Cliff has over 35 year's experience in executive and senior management roles in the healthcare sector. Cliff has been the catalyst in driving Church View to become the specialist complex nursing home that we are today. He motivates the team to excel at a high level while developing their skills so everyone can grow into their roles accordingly.

Mario joined in May 2020 with over 12 years of experience in Residential, Dementia and Nursing Care working in the Surrey Area. Mario Has a background in Quality Management and is passionate about his work. Mario Is a Team Player and will make sure that our residents will continue to receive the highest quality of care.

With more than 20 years' experience working as a Podiatrist since graduating from the University of New South Wales. Derry is experienced in all aspects of foot health from nail care & surgery, to wound care and management of lower limb complications. He is registered with both the HCPC and is a Member of the Royal College of Podiatry.

Akshay is a highly qualified Physiotherapist who practised in India before moving to the UK in 2021 to pursue his Master's which he completed at Salford University. Akshay has a wide range of expertise and is a Specialist in Neuro Physiotherapy, Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
